I am Angela McClen, and I am Head of Operations for Jigsaw Recovery Project.

I have over 35 years of experience working in Social Care and Supported Accommodation Sectors.

I have worked within Local Authority Care with Looked after Children and Young People aged from Birth to Leaving Care and within Third Sector Organisations working with People whose support needs include Homelessness, substance and alcohol misuse, Recovery, Mental Health and Family mediation.

I have had the privilege of Leading some of the most amazing Teams in some fantastic organisations within the North of England.

I have a real passion for supporting people to reach their full potential, recognise their ability to make positive changes and aspire to be the best version of themselves.

I feel extremely proud to be a part of the Senior Leadership Team at Jigsaw Recovery Project and I am humbled every day by the achievements of the People We Support and the commitment, dedication and passion of our staff teams.
